Please bring a towel and water to class. Wear to class what you would normally wear at work or on the street. Wednesday nights we train outside on the cement so dress accordingly to the weather.
Below is a list of equipment that a student will need for their particular Grade. Brand new students will need the White Grade Equipment listed below.

Optional- Cheap Sneakers- Your sneakers will take a beating in KFM training so we advise students to buy & train in cheap sneakers. We recommend Converse Chuck Taylor Hi- tops. They are cheap and have a nice thick layer of rubber over the front of the toe as well as good ankle support.

Knee Pads- We recommend the Brute knee pads which have a thick layer of padding around the knee and are machine washable.

Shin Guards- We recommend the Title MMA/Grappling shin guards (item# CMMCSIG). Again excellent quality ata great price.
Elbow Pads- We recomend Title MMA Elbow Guards (item#: GMMSEG).
