Testing for our current White Grade, Yellow Grade and Orange Grade students will take place on the following dates:

Orange Grade Test- Monday August 23rd at 9:00pm

Yellow Grade Test- Monday August 30th at 9:00pm

White Grade Test- Wednesday August 25th at 9:00pm

It's official, KFM Lynbrook is moving 3 blocks away to our new Academy at 90 Station Plaza. Our new facility will be a 3,700 sqaure foot converted wharehouse across the street from the Lynbrook LIRR railroad station. It will be equipped with a state of the art Scenario Gym for our Reality based training and a MMA style Gym for our conditioning. It will be one of the premier Reality Based training facilities in the United States. Our Grand Opening will be in September. Details to follow, stay tuned!!!

Just returned from training the Black Grade Level 1 with Justo & Grek in Atlanta. The training was all scenario's with the techniques from the White to Brown Grades progressively plugged into the Scenario templates. All I can say is it was absolutely mind blowing.  You won't believe how much thought and structure are put into this Art until you get to this level. All the previous training from the other Grades comes together full circle. It's absolutely cutting edge. Prepare to have your minds blown when you reach this level!!!

Wednesday at 9:00pm we will be presenting the KFM Grade Certificates for the White Grade and Yellow Grade graduates.  Food and refreshments will be served while we watch the video of our graduates in action taking their tests. Unlike other Martial Arts schools, there is no charge to our students for testing, for their Framed KFM Certificate's, for the KFM Band's or for the party we throw them.  It's our way of rewarding our students for a job well done and well earned.  All students and friends are welcomed. Congratulations!! 

I would like to Congratulate Bobby, Ben and Matt on passing their grueling Yellow Grade Test. Just like the KFM curriculum, the Grade Tests at KFM Lynbrook also get harder and harder with each Grade Test. That was a very difficult test last night and you guys worked your ass off and performed fantastic. Well Done!!!!!

The New Beginners White Grade Group Class has started on Wednesday May 5th, 2010..

We started with 12 but only 6 survived!!!  Congratulations to Steve, Ed, Bobby, Chris, Kevin and John on passing their grueling White Grade Test. Remember a certificate is just a piece of worthless paper if there is no skill behind it.  You guys all earned it and now possess the skills of the White Grade. Well Done!!!

Testing for the current White Grade will be on Monday May 3rd.

Testing for the current Yellow Grade will be on Monday May 10th.

Mason John Simon tops the scales at 8lbs 4 oz. Mom and baby are fine but the neighborhood is in for trouble :)

For all those intested in training in KFM, we have a new Beginners White Grade Group Class starting January 20th, 2010 at 9:00pm.  First class is FREE, so you can see and decide if KFM is for you. All are welcomed. 

 It looks to be a nice size group forming and if everyone  shows up, due to space limitations and the time I can committ to teaching, this will probably be the last new group I will take on for some time (probably at least 6 months). I want to give a big Thank You to KFM World Ambassador Grek for a Fantastic Seminar and for the time he spent with us during his 4 week stay here in the States.All those who attended the Seminar got a real treat.  The seminar covered some beginner, intermediate and advanced empty hand material as well as the first look at the devastating KFM Urban Weapons program that's now being unveiled here in the States.  We look forward to Grek returning along with none other then the Founder, yes "Justo"  in May.  Stay tuned, it will be a great summer!!
